The cancellation charges will be clearly outlined in the tour package details or communicated separately to you at the time of booking. c. Trips Traveller reserves the right to deduct the cancellation charges from any refund payable to you.

3. Refund Policy: a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy specified by Trips Traveller. b. The refund amount, if any, will depend on the cancellation charges and any non-refundable costs incurred by Trips Traveller on your behalf. c. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking, unless otherwise specified by Trips Traveller.

Certain items and services included in the tour package may be non-refundable, such as permits, entrance fees, transportation tickets, and accommodations with specific cancellation policies. b. Trips Traveller will clearly communicate any non-refundable items or services at the time of booking.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, Trips Traveller reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the tour package. b. In such cases, Trips Traveller will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or offer refunds, taking into account any non-refundable costs already incurred.

6. No-Show and Late Arrival: a. If you fail to join the tour package or arrive late without prior notification, it will be considered a “no-show.” b. No-shows are non-refundable, and Trips Traveller shall not be responsible for any missed activities, services, or accommodations.

7. Changes or Cancellations by Trips Traveller: a. Trips Traveller reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour package due to insufficient bookings, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our control. b. In such cases, Trips Traveller will provide suitable alternatives or offer a full refund of the amount paid for the affected tour package.
